Shipping
Orders are prepared and shipped within 48 working hours from payment confirmation. Within metropolitan France, delivery takes 3 to 5 working days with free shipping, via La Poste / Colissimo. For international shipments, fees and delivery times are indicated at checkout. A tracking email is sent as soon as your order leaves our workshop.
Returns
You have 14 calendar days from receipt to return your order, under the right of withdrawal provided by articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code. The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, in its original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Refund
Upon receipt of the returned product and after verification of its condition, we will issue a refund within a maximum of 14 days, using the same means of payment used for the order.
Lifetime anti-corrosion warranty
Foil Buddy titanium grade 5 tools are covered by a lifetime warranty against corrosion under normal use. If a defect is found, contact us with photos and proof of purchase: we will replace the tool free of charge.
